How do I schedule a "drop-in" day? Once DROP IN REGISTRATION is complete, parents/guardians will have access to the “Drop-in Calendar” in their account to sign up for specific day(s). To schedule an EDP drop-in day, please follow the steps below:
Select the "Attendance" tile (on the left-hand side)
If you are signing up more than one child, please select the specific "Student" (child). If you are signing up more than one child who attends a different school than the first child, please make sure the correct "Room" (school) is selected.

Drop-in for the AM Program is listed as 25/26 AM Drop-In Sign-Up
Drop-in for the PM Program is listed as 25/26 PM Drop-In Sign-Up
Daily drop-in sign-up must be completed online, 24-hours prior to the start of the program. In order to maintain staff-to-students ratios, drop-in for a specific day may not be available if the program has reached the maximum enrollment for that day. Program payment is processed at check-out.
Is EDP open on Early Release days? On Early Release days, EDP is open from school dismissal until 6pm. There are certain early release days where we close at 3pm. Please consult our EDP Calendar located at the top of this page. If your child is scheduled to attend a day that falls on an Early Release, your child is all set. If your child is NOT scheduled to attend on a day that falls on an Early Release, you may sign them up as a drop-in, pending availability in the program.
Who should I notify that my child will be absent from EDP? If your child will not be attending afternoon EDP on their scheduled day, please contact the appropriate Site Coordinator (via phone call or email), as well as your child’s classroom teacher and school office staff. No notification is required for morning EDP.
What does my child need to bring to EDP? Please make sure your child has a snack, refillable water bottle, a lunch (Early Release Days), and weather appropriate clothing.
